3. Enforcement

3.1 Actions We May Take

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user has violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning: Issue a written notice describing the violation and requiring corrective action
  • Suspension: Temporarily suspend access to the Service while an investigation is conducted
  • API Key Revocation: Immediately revoke all API Keys associated with the violating account
  • Account Termination: Permanently terminate the account without refund
  • Legal Action: Pursue legal remedies, including seeking injunctive relief and damages

3.2 Immediate Termination

Violations involving illegal content (particularly CSAM), malware distribution, or activities that pose an immediate threat to the safety of others will result in immediate account termination and API Key revocation without prior warning. We will also report such violations to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Investigation

VisionLee reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. During an investigation, we may suspend access to the Service. Note that because VisionLee provides signaling infrastructure only, our investigation capabilities are limited to connection metadata (firm IDs, stream IDs, IP hashes, timestamps, and connection methods). We do not have the ability to inspect media content transmitted between peers.

4. Law Enforcement Cooperation

VisionLee cooperates with law enforcement authorities investigating illegal activity. We will disclose connection metadata in response to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, or search warrants) as described in our Law Enforcement Guidelines. In cases involving imminent threats to the safety of individuals, we may proactively contact law enforcement without waiting for a formal legal request.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately:

When reporting a violation, please provide:

  • A description of the suspected violation
  • Any relevant identifiers (firm name, stream ID, timestamps)
  • Any supporting evidence
  • Your contact information for follow-up

We will review all reports and take appropriate action. While we cannot guarantee a specific response time, we prioritize reports involving illegal content and threats to safety.

6. DMCA and Copyright Notices

While VisionLee does not host content, if you believe that content being distributed through a Firm's streams via the Dokibada platform infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as the Firm name and stream); (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include forwarding the notice to the responsible Firm and, in cases of repeated infringement, terminating the Firm's account.

7. Changes to This Policy

VisionLee reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised AUP constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
